We carefully package every JDA Jewellery order and aim to dispatch it as quickly as possible.

Processing time

Orders are generally processed within the timeframe shown on the product page, excluding weekends and public holidays. Custom-made, engraved, resized or personalised pieces may require additional production time.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched. Please refer to the delivery estimates provided at checkout for your destination. Remote and regional areas may take longer. International delivery is available where shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, peak periods, weather or events outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Any free shipping offer will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, a tracking link will be sent to the email address used at checkout once your order has shipped.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Duties and taxes

For international orders, any import duties, taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
