Every JDA creation is crafted from precious metals and ethically sourced gemstones. Each piece is hallmarked to verify its material authenticity and undergoes meticulous quality checks before it leaves our studio, arriving in your hands accompanied with the appropriate GIA/IGI certifications.

Each design is custom-made to your chosen specifications, but if your piece requires a slight adjustment, we offer complimentary resizing within 30 days of delivery. Our team will guide you through the process to ensure a flawless fit.

As each piece is individually made to order, please allow approximately 4 to 7 weeks for craftsmanship and finishing. This timeframe ensures every detail is completed to our exacting standards before it reaches you

Pieces purchased directly from our catalogue can be expected to dispatch within 24 hours, reaching you in 4-8 business days.

Because each item is handcrafted specifically for you, we’re unable to offer refunds once production has begun. However, if you reach out within 24 hours of placing your order, we can accommodate design or size changes before we begin crafting.

We offer refunds on catalogue pieces if unworn and returned within 16 days (after arrival).

Absolutely. Every order is fully insured during transit and presented in our signature packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. A tracking number will be provided once your piece is dispatched.

To preserve its brilliance, gently clean your piece with a soft cloth and avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, or lotions. When not being worn, store it in its original JDA box to protect it from scratches and moisture.
